(Last Update: January 10, 2011)

Our sites are owned and operated by, or on behalf of, Galasso’s Bakery. We recognize that many visitors to our sites are concerned about the personally identifiable information they provide to us ("Personally Identifiable Information"), and how we treat that information, so we have developed a Privacy Statement to address those concerns. We may update the Privacy Statement from time to time, so please check frequently for updates by checking the date of "Last Update" at the top of this document. The continued use of our sites following the posting of changes to this Privacy Statement will mean you accept those changes.

Galasso’s Bakery treats Personally Identifiable Information in a manner consistent with the policy under which it was collected, unless Galasso’s Bakery has your consent to do so differently. Galasso’s Bakery recognizes its obligation to its customers, community and online visitors to adhere to the highest standards of decency, fairness, and integrity in all its operations. Likewise, Galasso’s Bakery is dedicated to the fundamentals of protecting consumer privacy on the Internet, especially for children.

What Personal Information We Collect

At our sites we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. For example, we may collect your Personal Information (such as your e-mail address, name and phone number) in order for you to participate in some programs, sweepstakes or other promotions (the "Services") offered on our sites.

We use your Personal Information:

  1. for the purpose of providing the Services you request, including using your e-mail and/or your name and phone number, to contact you in connection with providing the Services;
  2. where you specifically consent to follow-up contacts by Galasso’s Bakery or to be put on our mailing list, to contact you from time to time; and for such other purposes to which you may consent from time to time

Disclosure of your Personal Information

We do not share the information you give us with anyone outside of Galasso’s Bakery, except to third party service providers of Galasso’s Bakery which have agreed not to use your Personal Information except for specific Purposes, as directed by Galasso’s Bakery.

Personal Information of Children - Important Note to Children

Before providing your name, address, email address, or any other personal information to us, be sure to ask your parents if it's ok.

Important Note to Parents

In communicating with children, Galasso’s Bakery is especially mindful of the need to protect their personal privacy. At the present time, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 14 on our sites.

We do, however, permit children 14 years of age or older but under the age of majority in their home jurisdiction to communicate with us by E-mail, enter contests, and register for promotions, newsletters, and other similar items. In doing so your child will be asked to provide parental information confirming your consent for him/her to do so. If the parent permits a minor child's participation in a contest and the child wins, we contact the parent (not the child) for further personal information needed for any prize delivery.

Deletion of Personally Identifiable Information

Individuals who provide their personal information to Galasso’s Bakery can make a written request for deletion of personal information from our database at any time by sending a letter to 10820 San Sevaine Way, Mira Loma, CA 91752 USA, Attn: Internet Administrator.
